Shipping Notes
Our team is working hard to fulfill orders as quickly and carefully as possible. We're real humans packing fragile bottles containing delicious contents!
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm (noon) EST will ship same day. Transit time is additional. We fulfill and ship Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM (Eastern), excluding our holiday closures.
The estimated delivery date may show at checkout as a reference to choose your shipping method. Please note this is an estimate, not guaranteed delivery. We ship via UPS and USPS services. If your delivery date is important, please consider an expedited shipping option, such as UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Refer to these carriers services for more information.
Holiday Shipping
If delivery by 12/24 is important, please consider the below:
$8 Flat rate shipping (Ground shipping via UPS or USPS Priority Mail) - Order by 12/16, or check delivery estimate at checkout.
*Please note this is not guaranteed service, but our best estimate to deliver by 12/24 within contiguous US. Some orders will deliver sooner, depending on location.
UPS 3-Day Select - Order by 12/19 12pm (noon) EST
UPS 2-Day Air - Order by 12/22 at 12pm (noon) EST
UPS Next Day Air - Order by 12/23 by 12pm (noon) EST

$8 Flat Rate Shipping
Orders with $8 Flat Rate Shipping will ship standard ground shipping services with no guaranteed delivery date. Orders ship from North Charleston, SC.
Some exceptions do apply. Does not apply to orders outside of the contiguous U.S. and some other addresses such as APO which may require different services to ship.
SHIPPING NOTES
We are working to ship orders as soon as possible. We strive to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days, and we will ship as soon as possible during high volume shipping months (Oct-Dec). Please take note of any holiday closures below. Once your order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, you will receive a shipping notification including tracking via email.
All orders ship from North Charleston, SC 29418. Please refer to the carrier's services for more information regarding transit times and service updates.
It is possible that orders may be split and fulfilled with multiple packages or shipments.
UPS: For more info on UPS Ground transit times to your location, please view the UPS Ground estimated transit time map. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Please add 3-5 business days for processing your order before shipping. Expedited shipping options, including UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air are available at checkout.
USPS: USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed or expedited service. USPS Priority Mail notes it's estimate of transit time (2-Day, 3-Day) during normal operating conditions - however this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Please remember, UPS and USPS are not magical elves delivering packages, and shipping delays are very possible. Once in the carrier's hands, we will help as much as possible, but cannot control delivery of your package.
